Summary: Satisfied but.......... 2008-06-29
Comment: We've had this canopy for a while now and finally got to put it up yesterday. The ease of setting it up was way more than we had expected. It was very, very easy to set up. It was also stronger than we had expected. We were very pleased until we got to the side panels.
It became clear to us why the cost was so cheap. These things are obviously factory seconds. The vecro on the side panels were not placed in the corners like they should have been. Some are almost 5-7 inches lower than the corners, making it very hard to place the corners where they should be. The side panels had to be put on crooked. Some of the velcro tabs were also way shorter than the others making it impossible to hook the sides to the poles. There were also some small holes in one of the panels.
Being a seamstress, I removed the wrongly placed tabs and sewed them up in the corners where they should have been. We also purchased a roll of velcro and added it to the short pieces.
Even with the little factory "mess ups" we are very pleased with this canopy. You couldn't ask for a better product for the price.
We had severe storms with winds and heavy downpours last night and it withstood the storms with no problems. It did leak a little bit during the downpour. Basically just drips here and there. But nothing major. We actually stayed under it during the worst of the storms.
For the cheap price, I would recommend it. Just be prepared to fix some minor flaws!!

Summary: already bent 2008-06-13
Comment: We got the tent right before a Memorial Day Holiday soccer tournament. By the second time setting it up one of the cross bars will not hold up and bends inward when you use it. Very disappointed, it looks great out of the box but I have used other pop up tents before that lasted many seasons, not hours!!!
