Characteristic of Cedar wood is very little expansion and contraction of the wood to minimize splits and breaks. The weight capacity is rated at 250lbs. Fasteners are all plated for rust-resistance and the high quality pre-finished factory paint is designed for indoor or outdoor use, so you can enjoy lounging in your classic Adirondack chair indoors or out.
