These sails are designed to last for ten years (with a warranty!), and the finely knitted construction features nylon edging - fraying or tearing is virtually impossible. These colorfast sails are unnaffected by moisture or natural temperature extremes. These sails attach easily to structures or ground anchored poles via corner 'D-rings', which are woven into the sail. All neccessary hardware is included. Each side of this shade measures 16' 5". Comment: We've had one Coolaroo shade for 2 years and love it. We bought this second one to shade more of our back patio. It works well and gives us more comfortable time in the backyard.

Summary: Coolaroo Shad Sail 2008-07-18
Comment: I purchased this product to shade my pond. The fabric is excellent quality and the inclosed hardware was good too. We live on the side of a mountain in a very windy area and the best part is how the sail handles the gusts of wind. I intend to purchase a second one to cover a sitting area to be completed this fall.
