Summary: Very Much as Advertised 2008-07-14
Comment: Easy to install - so far, so good with our awning - I agree with the other positive reviews.
Ours is the manual version, and really not difficult to operate. When we're not on our deck, we use the awning to shade our French doors, and it does a great job.
Would definitely recommend.
