Comment: It looks really good and it is easy to use. But it is too light if you have any kind of wind! It should have a something on the bottom to be more stable.

Comment: After pricing offset umbrellas from a number of places, I knew that at $100 including shipping this was going to be a pretty flimsy, cheap product. What I didn't know is that (at least in my case) it would be shipped without bolts to anchor the umbrella to the base. I bought some bolts from the hardware store, and while putting it together the metal of the base literally bent in my hands. Also note that everything except the pole is plastic. This thing could not be made with cheaper metal or plastic.

I'm only giving it 2 stars (instead of 1) because I managed to prop it up against our outdoor furniture and it is providing shade, at least for now. I have my doubts about how long it will last. You may want to invest a little more money in something that will be more durable.

Comment: When I received the umbrella, I put it together and opened it. It looked very nice. When I tried to close it, the crank didn't do anything, so I tried pulling the center of the umbrella to close it. The hollow arm the umbrella hangs from bent and I can no longer fold the stand up. the umbrella is just barely off the ground and I cannot get it to raise up so I can use it and I cannot fold it up to send it back. After the 3rd attempt to contact the company, I got a very vague email from them. I tried again with no response and then the 5th time I was told "If you can't ship it back to us, we can't do anything about it" How am I supposed to ship an unfolded offset umbrella back to the shipper? I will never buy anything from this seller again and will tell all my friends and family to stay away from them.
**UPDATE** I finally received a refund after posting this review and pictures. Still recommend using a different company.

Comment: Material is sturdy, good value for price, if lasts one summer only, definitely worth the money. Must have four large square blocks to hold from blowing over especially during windy days which are very inexpensive for 4. A great value to give shade for chairs and can move to different areas of uncovered patio from time to time.
