Summary: Vendor's slow response to correct errors 2007-03-30
Comment: Within 10 days after my order, I received the wrong product from this vendor. I have been trying ever since to get this error corrected, to no avail. I am still waiting for the vendor to ship the stadium seats that I ordered. This company is very slow in correcting their mistakes. They could take a lesson from Land's End.

Comment: The extra neck/back support was awesome. The only thing I added was a clip/shoulder strap for easier carrying since I was hauling it around for 8 hours at a time.

Summary: A Must Have to Be Really Comfortable While you Enjoy the Live Action 2006-09-03

Time flies when you are enjoying a good game, but the long hours could tax your back. This model is well worth the price. There are cheaper options but this one is wonderful since it allows you to have everything you need at hand and well organized while you seat and sheer for your favorite team. It has multiple pockets for your portable radio or TV, the binoculars, drink cans, snacks, umbrellas, sunglasses and whatever you need to bring to the game.
Before I bought this one I tested some other models that my friends have, and this one is far more comfortable, the next best thing to your couch at home. (But you can not bring the couch to the game).
If you spent long hour following your favorite sport live, this is for you.

Summary: Disfunctioned after 2 hours of use 2005-11-21
Comment: I would not recommend this stadium seat or purchasing an item from Gift Warehouse. My husband and I both purchased a stadium seat. We took it to a two day music festival and used it for about 2 hours the first day. We took them the next day and sat down in them and a bar poked up through the material making it so you could not sit on the seat without being poked in the back of the head with the bar. I contacted Gift Warehouse upon our return about the item. I have yet to hear back from them. However, I contacted Amazon.com about the problem and they have taken care of the problem beyond my expectations. Thank you Amazon.com.
