Summary: good product for a good price 2008-06-17
Comment: when it was arrived, i thought they sent a cotton hammock by mistake, so i called the customer service, the representative answered the phone, he was very nice, and explained it was poly/cotton blend.
the hammock looks and feels just like a cotton hamock, but it doesn't get as wet as a full cotton, it absorbs musch less water an dries out very fast. this is an indication of there is poly strings in the rope.
i leave it outside between two trees all the time, my last full cotton hammock broke in less than three months of use this way. time will tell how long this one will last.

Comment: I ordered a hammock for the stand I have. The hammock was priced right and delivered quickly. It surprised me in being green but looks nice in my backyard, and I am very happy!
I'd priced hammocks at local home supply stores and on the web. They were too expensive and / or seem to be made cheap. This one is a good product. Thank you!
