Summary: Wow... 2008-10-03
Comment: I purchased this way late in the season and there were none to be found in any stores and I needed it for the weekend. I ordered it, and got it in 2 days! The original one I purchased was faulty and the umbrella wouldn't stay up, so we had to tie it, but it worked nicely for the little get together we had.... then I went to send it back for a replacement.... It was the smoothest transaction ever! These people are WONDERFUL to work with. And the Umbrella is awesome! Has a tilt on it to keep the sun at bay, matches my cushions so well, looks nice and it's easy to assemble. I'd definately recommend this to anyone!

Comment: PRODUCT DOES HAVE A TILT MECHANISM. I bought whole set including dining table, 6 swivel chairs, firepit table and 2 loungers. I shopped on line and in stores. This product was the best value I found. Similar product cost twice as much at outlet stores.

Comment: This umbrella has 8 arms - two more that the POS it replaced. Yes, the umbrella is a tanish khaki color, and the metal ribbing is grey, not colored like the picture. I'm adding a picture of my own so you can see it with the Strathwood Bainbridge Cast Aluminum set we also bought on Amazon. Looks great!
The umbrella cost $59 and it is my favorite of the two umbrellas purchased. It lets just the right amount of light and air through. The light khaki color doesn't get hot in the brutal Colorado sun.

Summary: Picture Misleading? 2008-07-24
Comment: I just received my umbrella. It arrived quickly but to my surprise, it is more off white in color than that shown in the picture. The cap is also different and although labeled as the product I ordered, I wonder if I received the right product?
If you expect a light brownish gray umbrella and you get what I got, you may be dissapointed. I worry about keeping the light colored umbrella clean not to mention it not matching my table and chairs as expected.
The construction looks OK but I may end of returning the product for the reasons mentioned.
