Summary: Not really what I was looking for 2008-11-23
Comment: The description said that this chair had 2 positions, however it does not. It's quite low to the ground and also kind of wide (it takes up a lot of room). It's also not really portable: it does fold up for easy storage, but it's pretty heavy (as it's made of wood) and I think it would be quite a chore to lug it to the beach. I will say that it's not at all uncomfortable; perfect for a large yard or pool area, or maybe a lake or beach house. It's only position is lounge; but that lounge position is very nice. I just wouldn't recommend it for a small deck or balcony, as it's slightly awkward for such a small space.

Summary: Pros and Cons 2008-11-22
Comment: The box and packing arrived very beaten up so I would caution the manufacturer to pack it better. That being said, the chair survived and is a beautiful piece of outdoor furniture. It could use a foot stool of some sort however, to balance your body weight when sitting it it. I purchased this chair for our elementary school auction and stuffed it with lots of beach items. It was definitely an attention-getter and netted our school $110 overall.

Summary: fantastic chair 2008-08-17
Comment: Love the chairs. The posture of the chair can be easly viewed by looking at the picture. Very relaxing very comfortable without being complex. I would recommend the chair to anyone who wants a chair that looks great and is a relaxing excape after a back breaking day. Very heavy teak type wood looks like the chair should last for many years if properly maintained.

Comment: AS the other review mentioned, it is impossible to sit up in it. It is always leaning back as a recliner. Other designs have either been more adjustable and upright, or had the ability to move the backpiece so that it is not just a recliner.
So uncomfortable I have sent it back.

Summary: Cool chair 2008-07-26
Comment: Chair arrived pre-assembled. Is kinda low to the ground, so can be difficult to rise from it sometimes. It is also more of a leaner-back kinda chair, so you can't really sit up in it. Has withstood some pretty strong weather in the past few months.
