Summary: Great Product!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2008-06-18
Comment: I recently purchased a 18' Motorized Super Pro, and I couldn't be happier. It is like being in a whole different room, not to mention a lot cooler. This company knows what they are doing and the price is right! The remote makes it easy to operate from inside to block the glare on my tv also.

Summary: OK but for the remote 2008-04-26
Comment: I purchased a pair of 16' motorized awnings with remote controls. They work good except for the remote. Every time the power flickers the code must be reset - which is a cumbersome and time consuming procedure. I have no idea why they didn't think enough to put a battery in the receiver to retain the codes in this event. Seems like a no-brainer... but they didn't. So the remote is vurtually useless.
If you are going to get a motorized awning, get the wired wall switch - it is worth the extra trouble to install.
